Ok, yes, this is 39 years after the LeDain Commission recommendations, but it is progress of a sort.
All we have to do is keep a government from forming for 90 days and that part is won.

Gee, since the pot "laws" are unconstitutional, and Stephen Harper wants to jail every human being who smokes pot... does that mean Stephen Harper is unconstitutional as well as being so contemptuous of parliament that he says a conviction for contempt of parliament means nothing?
