RVCP v2.0
Introduction
In less than 12 months, the awesome people in NZ and else where have taken the words I spoke and created something amazing. We have the foundation built for a global society of Freemen and now have the resources coming together to take remedy to a whole new level. Following the link will provide an interactive graphical representation of how RVCP v2.0 will be established and operated.
The structure that RVCP v2.0 will follow is based on the proven models utilized by the movie making industry and the military, both of whom rely strongly on hierarchical formats and embrace the concepts of creativity in the former and planning flexibility in the latter. Realizing that various units will have to operate independently yet function with coordination and rely heavily upon communications and sharing of resources.
Unit Leaders and Project Directors
Each unit will have at its helm a leader who will have two assistants. There are 17 units needing leaders, and these leaders are expected to commit to their chosen unit for at least six months. Assistants will be drawn from the pool of heroes that sign up under their specific units and will be rotated monthly, unless doing so would be detrimental to the unit's goals.
Assistants
Drawn from the pool of Heroes who sign up under their chosen units up to two assistants will work with each Unit Leader to help ensure ease of performance and redundant communications. These assistants will be paid either immediately in regular currency, or by way of promissory notes if the former is not available.
Heroes
You say poe-tay-toe, I say poe-tah-toe. You say Volunteer, I say Hero. This plan can only come together with a whole lot of people working together for a common goal and with set and specified areas of responsibility. It will require acceptance of direction, communication, coordination and action. These Heroes will have to pull a lot of weight and get very little payment to start if any at all, and if the strategy does not result in a success there could even be repercussions. Of course, not doing anything may result in the imposition upon the whole world of a feudal corporate serving police state with a One World Government that views us as disposable resources. If successful, the Heroes will get paid from the funds generated by the Movie Productions Unit and benefit from the work of the legal researchers and Valley Unit planners and claimers. Additionally, Heroes are invited to work in various units to expand their knowledge base and seek roles as Assistants and Unit Leaders.
Fund Raising and Distribution
Some of the groups are designed to generate revenue to support the actions of the main units, and some are designed to support the actions of both. Each group has a Leader and they have two assistants, and whatever heroes sign up under that group. The Cafe for instance will operate with intent to generate sufficient revenue to maintain operations and support meetings and gatherings, and if possible generate funds for the use of other units. OrganoZone is the main fund generator and can if operated properly meet all the operational needs of the group.

Once the group leaders and assistants are chosen and empowered to act, we will begin the recruiting of the Heroes and invite members of the general public to take part in most of the units as Heroes.
